We are working with a well-established organisation to recruit a General Manager – Operations to oversee multiple regional sites across the North Island. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, team development and commercial outcomes.
The role will involve working closely with branch managers, supporting them to deliver results, and ensuring operations run efficiently across all locations. You’ll also play a key role in shaping operational strategy, budgets and longer-term improvements.
