Master Data - 3 month contract

Permanent possible! + Operations/Freight

Intro:

• The primary role is to maintain our clients master data application and SAP (and the solutions and tables that support

these applications)

• To pull, interpret, provide data analytics support and MS

Excel/spreadsheet expertise

• To produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly client reports using the data purged
• Independent role as Rates & Systems Analyst, reporting through to Financial Processes Manager

Duties include:

• Maintain and validate master data in systems
• Adhere to current master data conventions
• Create templates and assign EDI references in system
• Establish Vendors as necessary
• Create Profiles into System
• Validate addresses for Shipper and Consignee
• Setup contracts
• Maintain other modules
• Enter/update Rates and Costs
• Investigate zero charges
• Carry out rates and cost analysis
• Customer reporting also for Customers
• Transport and Warehouse systems
• Manage FIN customer account details
• Review and update daily master data reports/Google Sheet
• Escalation contact for master data queries
• Health & Safety etc

You:

• Master Data experience (3 years)
• Accurate data analysis, managing large volumes of data
• Interest in logistics/operations/freight
• An excellent communicator
• Business or Info Systems qualification likely
