Job description

  • MS 365 & MS Project career opport
  • 40 hours, Mon to Fri, healthcare service provider

Intro

  • A large company in the health sector that supplies the Government - DHB's/Hospitals, with a wide range of product deemed as 'essential services'
  • You will be working on an ongoing basis with the Head Office's wider teams, running Projects, loading Project Plans, meeting Subject Experts within the Inventory, Quality and Operations teams utlising your knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps and MS Project in particular
  • A new role with real career development
  • Report to the Systems Manager

Tasks

  • Loading projects into MS Project
  • Assisting to create and maintain project plans with linked tasks
  • Documenting test scripts and scenarios
  • Coordinating Projects across the business and engaging with subject matter Experts in other Departments to ensure scripts, scenarios and tasks are completed/updated
  • Updating any SOP's as needed
  • Assisting to create Scoping Documents and Press Releases etc

MS software you will be familiar with

  • MS 365 Apps expertise ie Access, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and Word
  • MS Project ie able to create schedules, project plans, manage resources and keep track of time
  • MS Project Plan 1 ie to manage projects
  • Microsoft Visio Online ie to share and view Visio diagrams

You

  • May be a Graduate
  • Will have MS Project experience and a desire to learn
  • Will have excellent EQ, enjoy liaising with staff as their Project Co-ordinator
  • An interest in the Operations/Logistics environment
  • May have examples/parts of Project Plans you have done
