We are currently seeking experienced Blast & Paint Workers to join our client’s busy team in Mount Maunganui. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that prides itself on quality workmanship and a strong safety culture.

The Role You will be part of a skilled team carrying out blasting and industrial painting work on a range of projects. This includes surface preparation, blasting, coating, and quality finishing to meet industry and client standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in blasting and/or industrial painting.
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and good work ethic.
• Current confined space, working at heights, or other relevant tickets (advantageous but not essential).
