Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated field technicians, tradesmen, and assistants.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of planned and corrective maintenance services.
  • Foster strong client relationships with building owners, managers, and tenants.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and leadership to field personnel.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment adhering to company and legislative standards.
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contracting, construction, or HVAC industries.
  • Trade qualification and solid understanding of relevant building codes and standards.
  • Proven management experience with a focus on achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Dedication to excellence, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery.
