Role

As a crucial member of their team, you'll be at the forefront of facilitating their organisation's notifications and investigation processes. Your exceptional communication and writing skills along with your high EQ will be required to navigate sensitive and intricate cases with precision and care. By applying legislative principles and employing your keen attention to detail, you'll contribute to promoting risk-averse practices across the community.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to assess and minimise risk effectively.
  • Case administration.
  • Handle conduct and competence notifications seamlessly.
  • Identify and address escalations promptly.
  • Coordinate and communicate case management data efficiently
  • Apply legislative principles to cases with finesse.
  • Serve boards and internal committees with professionalism.
  • Excel in analytical tasks, even under pressure.
  • Adapt quickly to new programs, including Office Suite.
  • Deliver top-notch verbal and written communication.
  • Ensure timely responses to processing tasks.

You
  • Case Management experience from the Legal (eg Legal Executive) or Health sector
  • OR you may be a former Secondary Teacher, where Professional Standards have proven to have an excellent synergy
  • Strong Communicator (Oral AND Written), as AI is not used
  • True attention to detail
  • Adaptable, objective and a highly responsible and ethical approach with high EQ
  • A tertiary qualification is preferred 
Offer
  • A range that over time and with professional development will be over six figures, but to start with will be late $70’s through to a midpoint of $95,000 if skills and experience are ideal

  • Two days WFH, once settled in

  • Eye test reimbursement up to $500/year

Note: Unless a former Secondary School Teacher, please only apply if you have ‘some’ case management experience AND professional writing skills, as your Attention to Detail in this regard will be assessed as part of the interview process.
