Kinetic Recruitment is seeking experienced Skilled Trade Assistants to support structural steel crews on major commercial  projects across Wellington. This role suits someone with solid site experience who can work efficiently alongside leading hands and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with structural steel erection and installation
• Support leading hands and supervisors on site
• Follow and uphold site health & safety requirements
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
• Read and work from plans and site instructions
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Help keep projects running to programme

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working on structural steel sites
• Strong understanding of site health & safety practices
• Reliable, hard-working, and safety-focusedValid Site Safe
• Valid Site Safe
•  Full PPE 
• Abilility to pass a pre-emplotment Drug Test
