Finding your spark

Providing support and education in the general wellness area will help your employees to be healthier, develop stronger immune systems and use proven techniques to manage stress and challenges that they face day-to-day. This will lead to a happy, healthy mindset and improved performance and attendance.

Developed alongside you we can create a General Wellness plan that can include: 

  • Nutrition - Nutrition wellness check: eating the right foods to nourish your mind, body, improve immunity, prevent chronic diseases and improve energy levels.

  • Physical Activity – Improve your overall health and make a plan on prioritising some activity into your busy life and understand the key benefits of why this is important. 

  • Sleep –Learn the importance of sleep quality and quantity, and how to improve sleep patterns to be at your best on a daily basis.

  • Breathing – Learn the basic fundamentals of breathing, and the effects our fight/flight/freeze and rest and digest response has to our overall wellbeing.

  • Gratitude– Learn the art of journaling and its benefits for improved mental health, resilience and positive outlook.

  • Work/life balance– Plan your week to ensure you are getting the balance right for optimal wellness. 

  • Mindfulness – Introduction to mindfulness meditation and learn the therapeutic benefits possible with regular practice.
