Fire & Security | Wellington, Wairarapa & Hawke’s Bay
$60–70k Base + Uncapped Commission | $105k OTE
Kinetic Recruitment is partnering with a leading fire and security business that is investing in building strong, long-term sales capability. This role is designed for someone who is proactive, confident opening doors, and motivated by being rewarded directly for results.

The Role
As a Business Development Representative, your focus will be winning new business across Wellington, Wairarapa, and Hawke’s Bay, working with commercial and industrial clients.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new clients
  • Proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and contractors
  • Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Tracking activity and pipeline using Uptick and Simpro CRM systems
  • Working closely with technical and service teams to deliver compliant solutions
