Job description
- General Accounts Assistant supporting Finance team
- 8.30am to 5pm, 40hrs/week, start Tuesday 10.02.2026 till end May
- Parking onsite, Penrose, award winning co! Top $
- Our client is looking for an allrounder with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general administration experience
- Reporting to the Financial Controller you will assist a few different people in Finance so the scope will be quite broad
- Focusing solely on accounting tasks until March, then 20 hours/week asssisting Claims (training provided), and 20 hours supporting the Finance team
YOU
- You will need to have previous allround accounts administration experience
- AR and AP experience + month end knowledge.
- 5 years’ work experience in an accounting type function
- Good working knowledge of accounting/ ERP systems.
- Use of MS Word, Excel & MYOB
- A lovely bright and friendly small Head Office team, someone equally as vibrant will fit in well!
- Four day handover in the first week, then ongoing support as required.
- Also an interesting opportunity to later learn about Claims
- Negotiable rate between $34.50 - $36.72/hour (incl hol pay) + KiwiSaver
- Assignment is four months (ie until end of May)
