INTRO

  • We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented customer service/sales administrative professional to assist our clients Sales AND Quality (QHSE) teams
  • A multifaceted role supporting three Managers where you will truly thrive on variety and embrace change 
TASKS
  • In this role, you'll be the vital link between the sales team, suppliers, and sustainability programs, whilst ensuring smooth operations, high-quality supplier performance, and actively participating in environmental initiatives
  • You will be responsible for assisting the dynamic sales team with order processing, quotes, setting up new customers, samples, freight quotes, basic export documentation, some invoicing etc
  • Also in ensuring supplier conformance, managing non-conformance processes 
  • Supporting supplier audits and performance management, as well as internal audits
  • Assisting with Sustainability programs as required
  • Being part of the Environmental Committee
  • Communicating effectively with management, staff, customers and suppliers
  • Utilise all relevant software programs - Microsoft 365, IQM (Qpulse) quality management system and Epicor ERP 
YOU
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service or supplier management administrative roles within a Product/Stock based environment (not service only)
  • Strong computer literacy 
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks from different Managers
  • Understanding of (or interest in) sustainability, environmental management and or audits / quality (but not essential – full training provided)
