About the Role
As Territory Manager for the South Island, you will work closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital procurement across public and private hospitals. A key part of the role involves in-theatre support, product education, and driving product adoption while delivering against sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts across public and private hospitals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the surgical and endoscopic space
  • Provide in-theatre clinical support, product education, and training to surgeons and theatre staff
  • Build strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre personnel
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with national strategy
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support product development and innovation
About You
  • Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales
  • Hands-on medical theatre experience(operating theatre / surgical environment essential)
  • Strong clinical acumen with confidence supporting cases in theatre
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously across a large geographic territory
  • Based in Christchurchand willing to travel regularly throughout the South Island
  • Full New Zealand driver’s licence
  • New Zealand Resident or Citizen
