About the company

My client is a progressive fintech company with a deep-seated vision for a fairer financial system in NZ. They have been around for 15 years but don't be mistaken… gone are the days of traditional, old-school thinking; you'll be joining a progressive, 'out of the box' and dynamic team who are making waves within the financial sector. Centrally based in an award-winning office complete with a bar, you'll be surrounded by cafés and restaurants within a stone's throw for lunchtime catch-ups and after-work activities.

About the role
The main responsibility of a Client Experience Specialist entails serving as the initial point of contact for all inbound calls from clients. In this role, you'll assist clients with their current and future finance needs, while also providing support to Mortgage Advisers by offering knowledge, guidance, and a proactive approach to processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls for all of the client's business
  • Respond to queries and online applications from potential and existing clients.
  • Ensuring all customer details are recorded and updated on CRM where possible.
  • Meeting clients at reception and taking them to the appropriate adviser and meeting room.
  • Offer sound knowledge to clients on processes and products.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience working in a similar position. Although not a requirement, experience working in financial services would be an added benefit. Having experience dealing with inbound/outbound calls and facing clients is imperative. You will be working in an energised and bubbly environment, so a personality to match that is best.

  • At least 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and phone manner
  • Professional and able to face clients
  • Financial Services background
  • Bubbly and energetic personality
