‘Everyday’ Workshops

Offer a Kinetic 'Everyday' workshop to equip employees with strategies for maintaining strong mental fitness, resilience, and a positive mindset.

These tools help them handle daily challenges, pressure, and uncertainty, fostering a robust workplace culture and high-performing teams.

All workshops are already created and are 60 minutes.  All workshops can be in person or online. ‘Everyday’ workshops are $750 +GST

The workshops we can offer are listed below.

Mindset & Resilience
  • Reset ‘check in’ - where is your mindset, what do you want to change, how to let go of unhelpful mindsets and thought patterns.

  • Growth mindset benefits

  • Refocus – overview of happiness and how it affects overall outlook and mindset

  • Mental fitness continuum

  • Resilience – resilience bucket; identify stressors and implement coping strategies

  • Restart – commit to implementing change

Mental Fitness
  • Mental fitness continuum – recognise where you are daily and implement strategies when sliding down and not coping

  • Conversation starters and approach when needing to reach out for support

  • Benefits vs effects on work tasks, team, and themselves by investing in their mental fitness

  • General wellness to support mental fitness – nutrition, physical activity, sleep & breathing

  • Introduction to mindfulness meditation (includes a 5-minute simple meditation)

Managing Stress & Overwhelm
  • Stress & physiological effects on the body – breathing & the nervous system

  • Good stress vs chronic high-level stress

  • Burnout – short overview and how to identify signs and symptoms

  • Time management and prioritisation when under pressure

  • Importance of sleep, eating to nourish and calm, and fitting in exercise in busy times to support wellbeing

  • Gratitude and meditation – key ways to calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety

Building & Leading a Resilient Team
  • Leadership styles - a look at which situations each style works for best results

  • Lead from the top - importance of investing in your wellbeing as a leader

  • Burnout – identifying signs & conversation starters for best approach

  • Psychological safety – how to create a safe space to achieve a high performing team

  • Resilience – how to build and maintain resilience into your team
