Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional who thrives on delivering exceptional support and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Our client, a well-established and respected national brand, is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join their Tauranga-based operations team.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers — from processing orders and managing product queries to coordinating contract setups and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be part of a supportive team that prides itself on accuracy, efficiency, and living out their “customer-first” values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new customer contracts and account setups.
  • Process sales orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with freight partners and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Assist with general office and administration tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems (MS Office and ERP experience ideal).
  • A clear and friendly communicator – both over the phone and in writing.
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys helping others and solving problems.
