- Manage new customer contracts and account setups.
- Process sales orders, returns, and credits accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with freight partners and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist with general office and administration tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems (MS Office and ERP experience ideal).
- A clear and friendly communicator – both over the phone and in writing.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A proactive team player who enjoys helping others and solving problems.
