Job description

  • Temporary position with perm opportunity, 2 month assignment
  • $26-$28 + Holiday pay depending on experience

Our Client

My client has been in operation since 1961 and is based in Hobsonville. They are the market leader in supplying Power tools to the NZ Domestic market. You will enjoy coming into an office that is fun, friendly, and extremely supportive!

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager and Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound calls and emails
  • Providing product information and quotes
  • Follow up with customer requests
  • Build positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their experience with us is easy, efficient, and accurate
  • Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent computer skills with quick typing and confidence in navigating multiple systems
  • Organised, and structured with good attention to detail
  • Will be professionally presented
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A great team player
  • Must be able to commit to the 2 months.
