About the role
You will be working alongside the Finance Team in order to complete daily financial and administrative duties. The role is varied and offers a strong administrator to step up and gain financial knowledge.
- Process invoices for approval by Finance Manager.
- Assist with reconciliations and discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable tasks
- Answering phones & assisting customers
- Coordinating board rooms and meetings
- General administration duties such as filing, office maintenance, stationary etc.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a similar finance or administration role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, process-focused
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
