Our client has been in business for 45 years and is the largest flooring retailer in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region. Their culture is fun, they've got a great reputation - this is a company you'd want to work for.
Working in a team of 3, you will be helping customers through the whole sales process of selection of flooring materials e.g. hard floor, laminate and carpets while managing pricing, project management for the installation and follow up customer care and support.
With excellent product and sales training you'll be provided all the tools you need to succeed and earn great commission. There is a base salary plus you'll earn commission on everything you sell. You'll work 40 hours per week which will include either a Sat or Sun.
The role will consist of being based in the showroom and visiting customers in their home to help with the use of their company car.

A quality sales person who is passionate about creating great experiences for customers. Your drive and energy will shine and your communication skills and confidence helping customers source the right products is key.
First and foremost we need an experienced sales person who is organised and detailed orientated who is able to confidently communicate and guide customers while supporting their experience in flooring selection.
