Job description
- Full time role - 37.5hrs Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

About the Role:
In a truly rewarding and varied role, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Hamilton branch while overseeing staff and volunteers as well as:
- Ensuring client records are up to date
- Managing stock levels, coordinating parcels, and ensuring food and safety requirements are followed
- Maintaining and building relationships with suppliers and donors
- Coordinate and manage rosters and recruitment for volunteers when necessary
- Providing monthly reports to the board
About you:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A non-judgmental and positive attitude toward people in need
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Previous management experience
