Job description

  • Full time role - 37.5hrs Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

  • $80k salary - Hamilton based

About the Role:

In a truly rewarding and varied role, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Hamilton branch while overseeing staff and volunteers as well as:

  • Ensuring client records are up to date
  • Managing stock levels, coordinating parcels, and ensuring food and safety requirements are followed
  • Maintaining and building relationships with suppliers and donors
  • Coordinate and manage rosters and recruitment for volunteers when necessary
  • Providing monthly reports to the board



About you:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A non-judgmental and positive attitude toward people in need
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous management experience
