Work for a well-known accounting firm, based in the heart of Tauranga. The team is professional with a fun friendly culture - they are a bunch of great people. And they are offering flexibility with this part-time position.
There is variety-plus in this role. As the go-to administrator you will support the accounting and admin teams. Duties will include:
- Electronic filing
- Ad hoc administration tasks
The hours of work are estimated to be 22 hours per week:
Hours of the role -
12 - 5pm Monday to Thursday
12 - 3pm Friday
To be an asset to this team we are looking for a hard-working person who is polished and professional. You'll have a willing can-do attitude, love helping people, and display and friendly accommodating communication style. Your computer skills will be at least intermediate level, with good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
