The role

  • We are looking for a candidate who would enjoy ensuring that recruitment activities occur in a seamless manner and efficiently
  • Look after your own recruitment portfolio
  • You may be at the career step of a Recruitment Coordinator or very experienced Recruitment Advisor and thus our client will be able to ascertainwhether you will be focused solely on the operational day to day or if there is some room for process improvements etc too

Provide recruitment assistance and advice:

    • Planning
    • Advertising
    • Liaising with candidates
    • Screening / Shortlisting
    • Organising interviews and other assessment activities
    • Assisting with interviews (as required)
    • Reference checking
    • Pre-employment checking
    • Immigration
    • Verbal and written offers
    • On boarding
    • Policies & procedures
    • Maintain systems, resources and tools

You

  • Will have local Recruitment Advisory experience, qualifications or interest in expanding in this area within a large organisation that cares for others - not a corporate
  • Will enjoy providing assistance and advice throughout the full process but also taking guidance from senior staff in the People & Culture team and be part of a close knit team
