This is a Fix-term 12-month role $125,000 per year, looking for someone with a change manager or programme manager background ideally within the health care or relevant background.

Position Overview: As the Regional Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of our healthcare solutions across designated regions. You will be responsible for leading a team of implementation specialists, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent leadership skills, and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation team in executing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, and meeting project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Develop and maintain implementation protocols, best practices, and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our healthcare solutions, providing training and support to both internal teams and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare implementation or consulting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
