A well-established luxury clothing boutique on Queen Street is seeking a professional and highly polished Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone with substantial experience in retail who brings confidence, strong judgement, and a natural ability to engage with the clientele. Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation are key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the boutique
• Delivering a personalised, high-touch customer experience
• Maintaining visual standards and brand presentation
• Taking ownership of store performance and client relationships

About you:

• Solid experience in retail, ideally within fashion, boutique, or premium environments
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working autonomously

What’s on offer:

• Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm (no weekends)
• Salary up to $72,000, depending on experience
