The position
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver expert in-theatre support, training, and education. Your role will be essential in growing our presence and supporting clinicians with our full suite of innovative products – from advanced camera systems to surgical instruments.

The position
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver expert in-theatre support, training, and education. Your role will be essential in growing our presence and supporting clinicians with our full suite of innovative products – from advanced camera systems to surgical instruments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering in-theatre clinical support for new and existing products.
- Conducting hands-on training and in-servicing of surgical teams.
- Performing care & maintenance of medical instruments and scopes.
- Supporting clinical trials and post-market activities.
- Collaborating with Territory Managers to identify new opportunities and win business.
- Representing the company at workshops, training events, and trade shows (including cadaver labs and weekend events when needed).
- Managing territory data, CRM updates, and reporting requirements.
- A degree in Nursing, Science, Medicine, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in medical device sales or theatre-based clinical support.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and scopes.
- A proactive mindset, ownership of your territory, and goal-driven ambition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A current driver’s license and full Australian working rights.
