My client is an industry leader in their field who are experiencing growth! You will be working within a team of down to earth, ambitious people, within the service and delivery team.



The day to day

Starting on an initial 9 month contract, this role is fast paced to keep you on your toes! Reporting to the field services manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the installation and upgrades of hardware products, with technicians across New Zealand and Australia. Attention to detail is a must, to ensure a smooth transition for existing clients.

• Coordination installation and upgrades of existing products
• Troubleshoot possible installation and upgrade issues
• Allocation of jobs and dispatching of products.

About you


We'd love to hear from candidates that can bring experience from a scheduling environment or a current customer service representative ready to branch out from a call centre role. You will be a confident, tech savvy individual, ready to take on a new challenge.

• Previous experience in a scheduling environment, working with ticketing platforms.
• A tech savvy individual that can pick up new processes with ease.
• A natural communicator with strong attention to detail skills
• Comfortable working to speed in a high volume role
