About the role:
You’ll use your experience, insight, and problem-solving skills to review complex issues and deliver practical solutions to clients. This is more than compliance work it’s a chance to be involved in exciting projects, build client relationships, and mentor and support team members as they grow.


Key responsibilities:

• Preparing financial statements under NZ IFRS and/or NZ IPSAS frameworks
• Completing income tax returns and monthly management reporting
• Providing systems support and practical advice to clients
• Building strong client relationships and delivering strategic solutions
• Offering leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members
• Supporting a variety of special projects

What you’ll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in a CA environment
• People leadership experience
• Strong understanding of IFRS and/or IPSAS
