Job description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable & Admin all-rounder who knows their way around Simpro. This is a hands-on role within a busy Tauranga engineering company, helping keep the finance and admin side running smoothly.

You’ll be across supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations while supporting the wider team with general office and systems admin. It’s a great fit for someone who’s detail-focused, reliable, and enjoys working in a practical, down-to-earth environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Processing accounts payable, invoices, and reconciliations in Simpro
  • Keeping Xero and Simpro records accurate and up to date
  • Handling supplier queries and supporting the finance team
  • Assisting with payroll, reporting, and general admin tasks
  • Helping maintain tidy, well-organised office systems
You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience with Simpro (essential)
  • Background in accounts payable or admin roles
  • Solid Xero and Excel skills
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and reliability
