As an Audit Manager, you’ll lead audit and assurance engagements and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll also mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring the team produces work to the highest standard while developing their skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading audit and assurance engagements across a diverse portfolio
- Reviewing work, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with standards
- Building strong client relationships and providing practical, trusted advice
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Tauranga audit practice
- CA ANZ membership (or equivalent)
- 6+ years’ experience in a CA environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and assurance standards
- Proven people leadership skills and the ability to coach and support others
- A collaborative approach and client-focused mindset
