About the role:
As an Audit Manager, you’ll lead audit and assurance engagements and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll also mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring the team produces work to the highest standard while developing their skills.
Key responsibilities:

• Leading audit and assurance engagements across a diverse portfolio
• Reviewing work, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with standards
• Building strong client relationships and providing practical, trusted advice
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Tauranga audit practice

What you’ll bring:

• CA ANZ membership (or equivalent)
• 6+ years’ experience in a CA environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and assurance standards
• Proven people leadership skills and the ability to coach and support others
• A collaborative approach and client-focused mindset
