About the role:

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will handle tasks essential to the organisation's operations. This will include administrative support in financial reporting, client engagement, enhancing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.

Duties:

• Create marketing materials and website presentations for business development, while coordinating with external marketing partners.
• Develop templates for improving and streamlining systems
• Manage social media and website content.
• Implement and manage tools to automate workflows for better efficiency.
• Maintain a library of document templates for proposals, reports, and client communications to ensure consistency, compliance, and easy access.
• Handle budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, including automated billing and CRM integration.
• Manage reception, organise meetings, and oversee office operations, while being proficient in various software.
