The Role:

• Accountable for directing and delegating Support Workers.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments in collaboration with family/whanau and other primary health providers.
• Coordinate clinical requirements.
• Maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

This role will be covering the Thames, Coromandel, Waihi, Whangamata, Whitianga, Ngatea regions, so this role will involve a fair bit of travel.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a current NZ registration.
• Current annual practicing certificate with the relevant regulatory body.
• Current Driver's License (Full License Class 1).
• Experience working with older people and/or those with disabilities in the community.
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety and Employment legislation, with the ability to apply requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-building skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
