The Role:
- Accountable for directing and delegating Support Workers.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in collaboration with family/whanau and other primary health providers.
- Coordinate clinical requirements.
- Maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
This role will be covering the Thames, Coromandel, Waihi, Whangamata, Whitianga, Ngatea regions, so this role will involve a fair bit of travel.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold a current NZ registration.
- Current annual practicing certificate with the relevant regulatory body.
- Current Driver's License (Full License Class 1).
- Experience working with older people and/or those with disabilities in the community.
- Understanding of relevant Health & Safety and Employment legislation, with the ability to apply requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-building skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
