Job description
A well-established, fast-paced FMCG business is looking for a dedicated and highly organised Customer Service & Office Administrator to join its team. This is a critical, all-rounder role supporting logistics, sales, and operations across New Zealand and international markets.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and suppliers, ensuring every interaction is efficient, accurate, and delivers exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Communication
- Be the go-to contact for customer and transport provider enquiries
- Manage claims and credit requests efficiently
- Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Reconcile daily orders and dispatch records
- Manage sales order entries, stock confirmations, and pricing updates
- Process EDI transactions and customer credits
- Manage day-to-day office functions including supplies, staff amenities, cleaning, and maintenance
- Support team events and coordinate internal meetings
- Keep records up to date, including reporting and meeting minutes
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate fulfilment
- Assist with export documentation and customer updates
- Support stocktakes and general inventory reporting
- Participate in health & safety reporting and cultural engagement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace environment
- Minimum 5 years in a similar admin or customer service role
- Strong ERP systems knowledge and Excel skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in time management and able to prioritise effectively
- Great interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- FMCG or logistics experience an advantage
- Up to $75,000 annual salary
