Online sales for this business are booming. We're looking for a full-time Online Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all online orders are packed beautifully and delivered as fast as possible.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock levels for the warehouse and store
  • Using Shopify to view, wrap and package orders - taking time to ensure they're beautifully presented and correct
  • Complete sales and postage documentation
  • Coordinate with freight partners
  • Following up on out of stock products and orders
  • Work closely with the store team for click and collect orders and the customer service team for online orders
  • General admin related to online orders
