About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Finance and Office Administrator to join their Auckland office. This critical role supports our Finance Manager ANZ and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the financial and office administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transactions, invoicing, and expense reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative duties
- Support internal teams with procurement and documentation needs
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting practices
- Proven experience in a finance or office administration role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
