About the Role
With growth underway in the Nelson region, our client is now looking for a skilled and motivated Forklift Mechanic to join their expanding team. This role offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities
• Test, inspect, and maintain forklift equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or software faults
• Build and maintain on-site client relationships
• Support team members as needed
• Attend occasional call-outs for breakdowns
• Work within Health & Safety protocols

What You’ll Bring
• Proven forklift servicing and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Clear and confident communication on-site
• Eagerness to learn – excellent training offered
• Forklift licence required
