This is a key role that blends both strategy and hands-on involvement. You’ll be responsible for guiding health and safety initiatives across multiple sites, supporting managers and supervisors, and ensuring systems are not only compliant but genuinely effective in day-to-day operations. The role will involve:

• Leading and developing health and safety systems and procedures across the business
• Conducting site visits, audits, and risk assessments
• Supporting training, reporting, and incident investigations
• Working closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a health and safety role within engineering, construction or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of NZ health and safety legislation
