Job description

This locally owned and operated business, is looking for an Office Manager to look after all the office administration; invoicing, payroll and potentially some Health and Safety.

This role can be done in 32 hours over 4 days, or with the option to work full time - make it your own!

About you:

  • Strong administration skills/background
  • Must have Simpro experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised, efficient, and strong attention-to-detail
  • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile when needed
  • Have a clean full NZ drivers' licence
  • Must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.
