About the Role
This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of projects - from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across the Bay of Plenty. You’ll focus on driving financial performance, tender processes, and managing key relationships. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a supportive, professional team culture that values trust and a good sense of humour will also be key parts of the role.

The Ideal Candidate will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
• Strong skills in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial oversight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Proactive, team-oriented, and driven to deliver results
• Current right to work in New Zealand
