• $110-130K based on experience

The role available comes at an exciting time for our client with demand continuously growing in the Nelson region.

The role is challenging and demanding but for the right person there is the chance to excel and lead a thriving and growing company. You will be in close communication with the Managing Director and have a huge say in the direction the company moves in.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional business including the development of company strategies, annual plans and targets, marketing and risk protection and development requirements
• Establish credibility in the marketplace with a focus on building new relationships while generating more work through existing clients
• Lead and manage the team to successfully deliver projects across the region
• Effectively lead and manage any contract elements with all impacted parties
• To take reasonably practicable care to ensure your own health and safety and to ensure your acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others in the workplace

The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include

• Regional Manager or High level management experience preferred
• High level of business development skills and experience
• Carpentry background would be excellent but not a requirement
• Excellent Leadership
