The Ideal Candidate will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Strong skills in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial oversight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proactive, team-oriented, and driven to deliver results
- Current right to work in New Zealand
