Your Role:

As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. Leading a team of 15 Processing operators, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during the afternoon shift. Your duties will include making crucial decisions, driving quality and throughput, addressing challenges promptly, and upholding our commitment to health and safety standards.
