Are you a skilled leader in the field of Social Work or a Health Social Worker eager to step into a leadership role? This presents an exciting opportunity to take on the Team Leader position for Social Work.

Your key responsibilities will include providing day-to-day leadership, actively participating in Allied Health leadership, optimizing resource utilization for service organization and delivery, offering clinical leadership for safe and effective patient care, and spearheading quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with the Social Work Professional Leader on workforce development and service improvements. While the role doesn't entail direct clinical duties, there may be instances where your leadership guides clinical service delivery, making a current APC essential.
