Job description

Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about delivering person-centred care in a holistic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to support our mission of promoting wellness and excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transformational Leadership: Empower and support teams to deliver excellence in person-centred care through wellness assessments, collaborative care planning, and ongoing evaluation.
  2. Clinical Risk and Compliance: Actively contribute to a no-blame culture, ensuring compliance with Health and Disability Services Standards and contractual obligations.
  3. Learning and Development: Identify and support professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of shared leadership and best practices.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, consulting, cooperating, and coordinating activities with all workers on site.

Key Outcomes:

  • Support household teams in delivering safe, person-centred care with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support clinical teams to manage emerging clinical risks and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Foster a care delivery culture aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate.
  • Current NZ First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience in providing care to the elderly or similar relevant experience.
  • Team leadership skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with empathy towards the elderly.
  • Ability to handle medium to heavy physical demands.
