About the Role This role sits within a busy team, working alongside Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to compliance standards.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating tenders, managing critical project documentation, supporting financial tracking, and keeping communication flowing between stakeholders. The company uses SimPro, and experience with similar project management software would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Track milestones, flag potential delays, and assist with project forecasting
  • Coordinate invoicing and job cost tracking to ensure accurate profitability reporting
  • Manage key documentation such as SSSPs, JSAs, Completion Certificates, and O&M Manuals
  • Monitor and manage tender opportunities and client communications
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You
  • Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role, ideally within construction, fire protection, or compliance
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using SimPro is advantageous, but not essential
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Data-savvy with a solid understanding of financial tracking and reporting
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
  • A good sense of humour
What’s on Offer
  • Full time, permanent position
  • Salary ranging from $65,000-$80,000k depending on experience per annum + Health Insurance
  • A newly created role with room to grow and develop
  • Supportive team environment with strong leadership
  • A company that values initiative, development, and long-term progression
