Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant clinical qualification.
- Advanced clinical degree or certification (e.g., MSN, NP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex situations with professionalism.
