About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to establish yourself long term in a reputable college. You will have the chance to create and shape meaningful events throughout the school year. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Events Manager to come into this role and add instant value. You will:

• Successfully plan, budget and coordinate selected events throughout the year to a high standard
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop communication plans and advertising material
• Ensuring events are meeting set budgets and desired plans
• Preparing run sheets, invitations lists and key event marketing communication materials
• Manage the database to create invitations and maintain communications distribution lists
• Work closely with internal teams as required

About you:

If you're an experienced Events Manager looking to secure a new opportunity, then I want to hear from you! This would a great opportunity for someone who has come from an events or client management background. To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Have experience in events and client management
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Be highly organised and have great time management
• Have fantastic communications skills, both written and verbal
