Job description

The Company
Our client is a well-established, trusted organisation in the healthcare sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Excel Administrator to support their People & Culture Manager at Head Office in Epsom. This short-term assignment is an ASAP start.  

Duties
  • Review Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs) across the workforce
  • Accurately map out all terms and conditions, including salaries, into Excel
  • Ensure consistent formatting and a high level of data accuracy
  • Work closely with the People & Culture Manager
Skills & Experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-look up tables 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Available immediately and able to commit to full-time hours (8.30am – 5.00pm)
