A great opportunity for an experienced fire alarm technician ready to lead a service team and take the next step in their career.

We're looking for a motivated Service Supervisor to oversee fire alarm maintenance, repairs, and compliance work, while mentoring technicians and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily service operations
• Perform and support fire alarm servicing, fault-finding, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with NZS 4512 and safety standards
• Mentor and support technicians and apprentices
• Build strong client relationships and resolve service issues

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in fire protection
• Level 4 NZ Certificate in Fixed Fire Protection Systems (Fire/Sprinkler)
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• Full driver’s license + Site Safe card
• Experience with Simpro, Uptick, or similar
