- Are you an experienced Legal Executive or Legal Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, professional, and family-oriented law firm?
- Our client is seeking a capable and motivated legal professional with experience across Property, Commercial and/or Family Law to join their growing team
- This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll work closely with the firm’s Directors and senior team members
- You’ll provide high-level legal and administrative support, manage client files, and contribute to a friendly and collaborative office environment
- Our client is at the forefront of technology, with fingertip accessibility to subscribed legal libraries such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, as well as innovative integration of AI tools to enhance legal research and workflow efficiency
- Assisting with legal work in all aspects under the direction of supervisors
- Working collaboratively with other staff members
- Maintaining excellent relationships with all clients of the firm
- Upholding strict client confidentiality
- Attending firm advertising or promotional activities when required
- Travelling to and from external locations as needed (e.g., filing documents with the Courts, Department of Internal Affairs, etc)
- Attending firm meetings
- Assisting with reception duties and answering incoming calls
ABOUT YOU
- You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing your own workload while contributing to a supportive and cohesive team
- 2-3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Executive
- Strong knowledge of property, commercial, and/or family law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
- Proficiency with legal practice management systems
- Language skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are a plus
- A top negotiable salary, be paid what you are worth!! For example neg $50/hr
- Flexible start and finish times to support work–life balance
- 4 or 5 days/week ie 32-40 hours can be chosen
