The role:

Are you passionate about helping healthcare practices thrive? The right candidate for this role will have an in depth knowledge of how general practices operate, what is required for success and how to enable the optimal operational and clinical outcome performance of each business you support. This is an exciting and challenging operational role that requires you to juggle multiple priorities.

Key tasks:

• Communicate with general practices and provide network updates and professional insights.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on business planning and operational management.
• Coach on analytics and data usage, aligning results with business plans.
• Implement and foster Health and Safety procedures.
• Partner with the Leadership Team to develop annual business plans, financial targets and operating budgets.
• Initiate and support strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure general practices have necessary resources, polices and support for a smooth operation.

About you:

• Tertiary level education in Healthcare Business, Administration, IT or operations.
• Five years senior experience in a service sector.
• Proven leadership ability, able to lead staff through change and grow the team to get the best out of everyone, at any level.
• Understanding of business metrics, healthcare operations and project management.
