About the role:

Are you ready to bring your A-game to a dynamic team? I'm searching for a Sales Maestro and Admin Whizz who embodies positivity, reliability, and outstanding customer service skills. If you're someone who loves a challenge and can seamlessly transition between supporting the sales team and tackling general office tasks, then look no further!

Other duties of the role include:

  • Manage product and digital asset data, and keep the customer CRM up to date.
  • Jump in to assist customers with any questions or issues they may have, offering troubleshooting assistance along the way.
  • Work closely with the sales department and transportation providers to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure urgent matters are dealt with promptly and to the highest standard.

You'll be the driving force behind the operations, coordinating with sales, prioritising tasks, and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Plus, you'll get to be part of a positive, dynamic workplace where your skills and initiative are valued every step of the way.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be proficient in analysing data
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft suite
  • Able to excel both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Displayed versatility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
