About the role:
Are you ready to bring your A-game to a dynamic team? I'm searching for a Sales Maestro and Admin Whizz who embodies positivity, reliability, and outstanding customer service skills. If you're someone who loves a challenge and can seamlessly transition between supporting the sales team and tackling general office tasks, then look no further!
Other duties of the role include:
- Manage product and digital asset data, and keep the customer CRM up to date.
- Jump in to assist customers with any questions or issues they may have, offering troubleshooting assistance along the way.
- Work closely with the sales department and transportation providers to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure urgent matters are dealt with promptly and to the highest standard.
About you:
You'll be the driving force behind the operations, coordinating with sales, prioritising tasks, and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Plus, you'll get to be part of a positive, dynamic workplace where your skills and initiative are valued every step of the way.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be proficient in analysing data
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft suite
- Able to excel both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Displayed versatility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
